We had another great virtual event from the Washington, DC Community this week! This chapter focuses on CRM / Dynamics 365 / Power Platform technologies and creating a space for networking.
The October 2020 DC User Group Meeting featured two great presentations from Yawer Iqbal and Yawer Mike Ochs.

Accessibility in Power Apps Projects
Yawer Iqbal (LinkedIn, Twitter) talked to us about how to make Power Apps accessible for people with special needs. He shared personal experiences and an overview of what needs to be done to make a Dynamics 365 project accessibility compliant.
Streamlining Implementation with Virtual Entities
Next, Mike Ochs (LinkedIn, Twitter) shared how to reduce storage costs using Virtual Entities. He showed how to build a custom data provider to connect to Azure SQL and then consume this data through Model Driven Apps.
What’s next?
