Hi! I’m Kylie Kiser. I have been working with Microsoft Dynamics since 2010 when I fell into a position on a CRM Team. This started an amazing journey of learning and community involvement.
I have been leading the Washington, DC D365/CRM User Group Chapter since 2013 and also work closely with the Reston, VA and Richmond,VA chapters to elevate the content available in our region.

As of July 2019, I was officially recognized as a Microsoft MVP! This is a huge honor and I am excited to work with this group to continue to promote and improve the Dynamics platform!
