Some conference sessions are carefully scripted. Ours is not one of them.
60 Tips in 60 Minutes is exactly what it sounds like: a fast-paced, high-energy session where Heidi Neuhauser and I share as many practical Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tips as we can in a single hour. The catch? We don’t decide the tips ahead of time.
Behind the scenes, we’ve built and continue to curate a library of 100+ tips covering everything from productivity hacks and configuration tricks to hidden features and lessons learned from real-world projects. Then, thanks to a Power App we built specifically for this session, a tip is selected completely at random and displayed on screen. From there, we have less than a minute to explain it before moving on to the next one.
The result is chaotic, fun, and surprisingly effective.
When we delivered the session at Community Summit, we were aiming for 60 tips. Instead, we managed to cover 80 tips in a single session. Some sparked quick conversations, some generated a few laughs, and others had the audience furiously taking notes before the next tip appeared.
Because the tips are randomly selected, every delivery is different. Even Heidi and I don’t know what’s coming next until it pops onto the screen. That means no two sessions are ever exactly the same, and there’s always a chance that one of your favourite topics makes an appearance.

Will we cover the same tips? Some, maybe.
Will we cover completely different tips? Also maybe.
That’s the beauty of the format. The randomizer decides, and we’re along for the ride.
If you’ve seen the session before, there’s still a good chance you’ll discover something new. If you’ve never attended, be prepared for an hour packed with practical ideas, unexpected tips, and more than a little controlled chaos.
